Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging, then secure them inside a mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
